There are 8 different colors you can change to 'spice up'  how uLE displays. If you use a skin, you will want to adjust these so you can view the text clearly over your image. Just put the cursor (arrow) next to a digit you wish to change  and press O to go up a number or  X to go down. The small colored boxes are what that color will look like for the 3 numbers that mix the Red, Green and Blue spectrum.

Color descriptions:
Color1 - This is the background  and  will show when your not using a skin image. This will also show as the background color for the sub-menu's and the KeyBoard display for text input.
Color2 - This is the frame that borders around the content, the scrollbar and the LaunchELF version in the upper right corner.
Color3 - This is the selected text in the content area and the top/bottom text outside the frame border.
Color4 - This is the normal text in the content area that isnt selected
Color5 - This is the color for the free space displayed as a Graph in the HDD Manager and also the Folder icon in fileBrowser.
Color6 - This is the color for the used space displayed as agraph in the HDD Manager and also the ELF file icon in FileBrowser.
Color7 - This is the color for all other files displayed in FileBrowser.
Color8 - This is not used for anything yet

TV mode:  you can select from PAL/NTSC/AUTO for the region display of your TV

Screen X offset: This will move your screen Left (ADD) or Right (SUBTRACT) if you need to adjust it to fit your TV's screen
Screen Y offset: This will move your screen Down (ADD) or Up (SUBTRACT) if you need to adjust it to fit your TV's screen

Interlace: you can turn ON/OFF the screen interlace for which ever looks best on your TV

Skin Settings... This opens a new page where you can select a skin image you want to use
Load Skin CNF... This will allow you to load a pre-configured skin file from any device you have connected via FileBrowser.
Save Skin CNF...  This will allow you to create a skin settings file if you wish to save it for use at a later time or to share it with others in a skin package. You will be given a menu to save to a connected device and then the keyboard menu opens so you can name it as whateveryouwant.CNF.  The regular LAUNCHELF.CNF will also retain your settings once you save it, so creating a skin.CNF isnt necessary to do, but its an option if you like to change skins and dont wish to go thru all the configurations again.

Menu Title: You can create a title name that will display in the upper left of the screen if you want, useful if you decide to create multiple LAUNCHELF.CNF files and this would help you to keep them organized at a quick glance of the title.

Menu Frame: this is the frame that borders the content area
Popups Opaque: this allows you to choose if the background image (OFF) shows thru or the background color (ON) shows in a submenu over a main screen.

RETURN   returns you to the  Configure Screen (up a level)
Use Default Screen Settings  allows you to re-set everything back to the original screen settings
